I spent 3 hours at the national library, SLEEPING for 2 1/2 hours, and the rest of the time doing 1 ws of redox, 1 page of maths and reading finish ONE set of phys notes. OMg. I am so cool. I bet nobody can do that lah.

Teacher's day celebs today were GOOD. Really. Better than any of the ones I saw before. So entertaining. And I'm sure tanghuiyao/barrytng/nigelfong lost to the teachers in the quiz round. Must be scripted. LOL. But really, the emcees were good, and undoubtedly funny. Haha.
Lol today we played 3 hrs. The entire hall was filled with enthusiasts xD. Mattie has become so imba I bet he undergoes RLP training for this lah. xD Beat me in straight sets 4 - 0 , albeit them all being 11 - 9 and one of them 13-11. Gah ): Beat Chew (gasp) and Kang though. And uh, Cal. xD

Lol two things today: Bio and Chinese marks.
Chinese EOY yingyongwen I got 14.5. I have mixed feelings about it, happy and sad. Happy that I finally get one that is a PASS, sad that I didn't get higher. xD
Bio I got 32/40. Damn fail. And to think once again, I was aiming for a full mark. Davin got 39. I haven't seen my paper though. Will probably faint when i see it. There goes my 4.0 for bio. Sigh...
Then after school had two things, the RInspire interview and again, the pingpong. The interview went quite well I guess. Then the editing... well I say it was okay. Hopefully I'll get in!
Uh. Pingpong. I regained my skills! Despite still being very lousy, making unforced errors. Cal improved a lot. Okay at least that's what he thinks. But I agree. Not a lot, but improved substantially. Argh. Haha. At least I regained my confidence to smash/drive the ball. And now, the gymnasium is so crowded after me and cal went to play there. Sigh.

Lol. Today Phys CCT was a killer.
At first, when I finished the paper, I thought it was super easy. But then after that I realized how much I screwed up. Sian. Hopefully can pass.
Then English CCT... I got 30/40, which is QUITE good considering Ted said half the level failed. D: Royston is crazy... getting 23/25 for summary, 15/15 for content. Ugh. I am joint 4th in class with bryan/ chooey -_-. Lol. Shaun Choo from 28 -> 30 because the teacher added the marks wrongly. xD
Okay I shall skip the rest of the day since it's boring.
Oh yeah, and I lost to Zhao Kai 11 - 3. I played really badly, but even if I played in top form (I was playing after training, so was Zhao Kai) I probably would have lost anyway. Oh yeah. Speaking of form, today I really sucked. I couldn't even properly top spin a ball without missing. Man. Today either my brain is going weird or I am deteriorating at a pretty fast rate. Lols.
Hmm. Time to relax... finally.

Lol today I have so much to talk about.
Firstly, we had PE today. Was quite screwed up seeing that we were playing against Kenneth Lim's team. I didn't play very well, somehow feeling tired from training yesterday. Never felt this tired before. >< then Kiawei, who kept saying I buy the ball, screws up when he gets the ball and whacks someone's face. Well done lah. Then the game against Kenneth Lim's team was damn screwed up. People kept messing around and stuff. Sigh.
Then Philo. Spent most of the time revising physics, then for dialogue observation I got a 21! Lol. I and Bryan completely dominated the argument, whereas Kenneth Lim and Boss did quite badly. Argh. Sorry boss. xD Ah wells. At least I finally understood what was going to be tested in Tmr's phys cct xD
Maths... Nothing much, except that I got +2 marks, making that a 26/30. I guess it's okay lah. Could have gotten 32, but once again the carelessness totalled up everywhere to -4 points. Sigh.
Then chem, where we learnt Redox. It's quite fun, but pretty confusing. It is REDUCED when electrons are GAINED and OXIDIZED when electrons are LOST. Lol. The irony.
Assembly was... prefect voting. Haha. Quite funny some of the videos, like the LINkaGE one. xD Nicoll highway, no link, need a bit of LINkaGE!
Then went to play pingpong with Cal. Ah well. I can say I have sufficiently deteriorated in the judging of the table perimeters. >< Lol. Okay anyway, I and Cal found the gymnasium open and empty and we used the tables and nets there :D haha. I won cal in straight sets! But then again, Cal is not as hardcore as me. Then after that the RGS judokas came and Cal got distracted, so doesn't count xD. Oh yeah. Then the RGS pingpong team come and then me and Cal were like wth... really when you see the speed of their ball and the speed of ours you can laugh until stitch. Their rally is FAST. Really fast. Now I'm thinking Darren was slacking when he played with us. Zzz.
Oh. And I almost injured my leg while jumping on the trampoline. Argh. I almost jumped to my death. Lol. Damn scary.
Anyway. On the way back home, I finally understood what mesmerized meant. I was taking the bus home when some RJ girl boarded the bus. For a moment our eyes locked when I looked up and wth. I couldn't pull my freaking eyes away. It's not like she's very attractive or sth (okay maybe she was) but the point is that her eyes semi-hypnotized me! D: I couldn't pull away for approximately 2 seconds, until she looked away. I actually was sweating after that. Wth. And I just realized it is the 7th month... ):
Yep. And that's about all that happened today, so I must go mug physics now. Btw, if anyone can solve this question from "O-level challenging drill questions, questions from top schools chapter 3.2 question 6" Please explain to me. Ugh.

Certain things are better left unsaid. To what extent do you agree to this statement?
Heck.
The maths test was terrible. I got 24/30, yes the one I said I could get full. Sigh. 1 careless mistake and fighting for 2 more marks which may pass seeing that me and Bryan made the same "error". Lol. Can't remember what another 2 marks was for, but I know I minused half marks here and there for random errors. Sigh. And my hopes were freaking high.
Then yes, well, all my chinese daily work is screwed up. I just realized no matter how much time I spent doing any one, it ends up more or less with the same results. I barely pass them or fail them. How the hell are we supposed to pass/ like chinese if the standards are so high?! Sigh. Maybe, just maybe, I'll manage a 3.2 for EOYS. Argh.
Okay. Table tennis craze. I'm playing extremely aggressively now, hitting off the edges of tables with forespin. But yeah i still can't beat chew's smashes. Gah.
Life is a swirling mix of emotions, until you find your true colours.

haha. Today wasn't THAT boring.
I went to the singapore flyer today. Bah. Was quite nice. But it was 30 minutes... Which was kinda long. For the first 15 minutes it was fun, looking at the F1 track, the marina barrage, the erosion happening at the coastline (so much for land reclamation), etc. Then I got bored and started calculating the speed at which it was traveling and the amount of kinetic energy it had xD Oh well. It travels at [Pi]/12 m per sec. Which is quite slow. ><
Then after that well, basically spent my whole day outside. Ugh. Yeah. Now I'm back, time for last minute mug ss. Haiz.
Olympics closing was quite fantastic. Random: OMG THE ERHU PLAYERS

Lol. Today was quite fun.
Maths I finally understood abit, then Chinese was well, boringly spent.
PE was funny. We played floorball and me and shaun choo on one team, like wth 0_o then we won 2 - 1, scored both. But only because I had prior training. Sigh. Lol but yeah it's quite fun when you can run up and down the field dribbling past 6 people when on the actual hall you can't coz it's abit small. Haha.
Then... table tennis craze! I played a total of 4 1/2 hours today. Insane. Lol. Improved my top spin and slice serve, and learnt how to do a side spin as well as hong en's "sick serve". Mattie didn't fare well as a demolisher today, but still very scary. Haha. 1 out of 4 smashes are in! I need to improve on my forehand return. SPIN!!! SPIN!!! and more importantly, hit. xD

Today was the lolz. In many ways.
Phys pract, not much to say, probably will flunk. Zzz.
Bio CCT - extremely controversial seeing that the bonus question and the diagram questions were actually from practice worksheets that SOME teachers went through with SOME students after telling them to study for it. Wth. I'm sure... if one parent raises this complain i think the Bio department some heads are really going to roll. It was okay, but I'm sure other teachers cover all the questions before the test. That's like, telling the answers before the test. Haiz.
Debate - I screwed up. At least at the stuttering part. We did okay, probably because I presented a strong case (seeing how many times I repeated "our opponent has clearly not been listening to us") and how the judges were nodding their heads. I lost best speaker to Roys by 1 pt, Kuan says it's because I wasn't speaking well. Haiz. I should have practiced. But oh well, a win is a win.
Lol. After school hardcore table tennis. Damn funny. So many people went - Me Chew Mattie Huiyao Kang +++++ random people I don't know. I played some good doubles with mattie, which my underspin always set up for his "demolisher", as aptly termed by huiyao, since mattie smashes probably at 999999km/h. Lolz. But ah well. I took pictures of a physics/ maths RA team. They totally owned until me and mattie smashed "win" them.
Okay apparently blogger is screwed up now. Will post pics later.

Lol. Today was quite an okay day.
First had PE in the morning, which was screwed up. Kia Wei and I were eternally at loggerheads with each other, and our team coordination for volleyball was totally like, I blame you you blame me. Sucks. Ah well.
Maths was nothing but super mugger revision. Lols.
SS and History was well, okay I guess. Sigh. Don't really like SS. Too much propaganda.
Then Chinese was terrible. I slept in class. First time in what, a month or two? Sigh. I need to resist sleep! ><
English... the debate was certainly at a higher level. However, I still think that both teams were not clashing at the start, only trying to force points together and see what comes out. And a lot of random happenings, but gratz to Theodore for getting best speaker. You deserve it.
MATHS CCT. LOL. I can't believe I did it so fast. I finished the entire paper, checked it and still had 10 minutes to spare. Which left me with the bonus question, after thinking for that 10 minutes I finally figured it out then pens down. Sian. Lol. Oh well. I think 20 hours of mugging really helped me. (: Probable full marks, hopefully some working mark for bonus. Lol.
Other than that, nothing much, except after yesterday's tourney my rating dropped by 14 and I'm now 26th in Sg. Sigh...
Right. Off to do the debate speeches for 4 people. Lol.

Sigh. The weekend spells a busy week.
Today was nothing much, except we had the first debate in class. Which was screwed up. But oh well.
Then IHDB last round. We beat Bayley 2, even though I got the lowest scoring speaker. Since I went there completely unprepared. xD Oh well. Life teaches most lessons the hard way.

Life has been a bitch to me, really. I don't know what to do anymore.
Everything is gone, there's really nothing for me to say anymore. Many "if only"s and "I wish", but what's the point? It's all gone.
And my friends are pulling away from me further and further. Everyone. This impossible stretch of road just seems to stretch even further as I move faster. Like a freaking hamster wheel.
And yes, I'm the hamster.
If I stop, I can escape. But I'll stay the way I am.
If I don't stop, I will continue running until I die. Which will be fast.
Sigh. I really feel like breaking things now and all but I just can't do anything.
On a side note, History and Chinese was okay today.

Lol. I just came back from CIP. Uhm. Self CIP actually. Leeni asked me and Pek and Cal to go along. Then Cal couldn't go because he had sex ed xD so yeah me and Pek went.
Was supposed to be 12 - 4, but somehow me and Pek did 12 - 3 only! But we were still considered having done 4 hours. Ha. So cool right. Guess why. :D
Lol. At the start I arrived like 12.15 (LATE). Then we started at 12.30 after briefing and all that. Then I managed to hit 2 people in 2 tries. Hit rate: 100%. Then Leeni went to try on 2, and failed twice. 0%. Pek also tried. Lol. So then they decided I should ask instead.
Then later I approached some cute girl (so says leeni!) then I asked her for donation. She gave two bucks. Then Pek and Leeni were like woah and leeni suanned me by saying "People will donate to people who have Dewin - like faces." Like wth. That's damn suan. D:
Yeah then Leeni was also talking about how we should not target cute/hot girls or else he will feel guilty and all that 0_o oh well. Most of them donated! Ha leeni so there. Lols.
Okay eventually I was released early because I [singlehandedly] (not much thanks to pek, who was distracting me and making me laugh, but oh well :D) got $90+ worth of coins/notes in the can. And it was quite full. Haha. And I didn't get any $50 notes this time ): highest was a $2 note! Argh. Lol I still find the whole thing funny. Getting released early. xD

Today was really fun. I mean, REALLY. :D
Okay the national day programme was quite boring. But never mind. I can't believe Hongen and Mattie ponned morning assembly 0_o they were in the canteen playing scrabble and lost track of the time. Waturf. Then they realized they ponned the assembly after the singing of the national anthem xD. Oh well.

Then after that we played table tennis. For 2.5 hours. Woah. Damn fun. All the prefects and people like benjo and lockleong came to play as well. Then we played KOTH. Ah well needless to say Chew pwnt me eventually. D: But oh well it was fun! Mattie has a killer smash O: at least I could return some of Chew's smashes! And then Zac came and WE HAVE A NET. xD Then I played doubles with Chew against Mattie and Zac. Argh. We won the first set, but then Mattie and Zac came back and yeah sigh ): We lost! I think it was mostly my fault because my ball return rate was quite low - only depending on my service, which wasn't very good. Argh. Interhouse table tennis! Lolololololol xD
Then had lunch with Chew and Mattie. And yes life is never boring when you hang out with two imbas. Anagrams and all that. I feel happy that I didn't go back to NY instead. Haha.
Okay. Anyway, I guess homework also comes after play ): I shall finish all by tonight! Then revise Chem tmr Heheh :D

Cool. Today was hilarious.
In the end, maths was quite easy. I was so worried about my speed of solving equations last night that I practiced how to do questions fast. Then today I finished with 5 minutes to spare. :D and yes my answers are correct! Whoo~ hopefully no working errors!
Chem OBA I got 16. Which I didn't expect but yeah I knew it was going to be bad ><. The weirdest thing: My section A got full marks, and section B got 6. Which is crazy, really. Lol! I must buck up for chem.
Crap. Bio 3.6, thanks to that practical I failed. Sigh. Expected 90% to 77%, what the hell. Sobs.
Lol. DMP signups were damn funny. RI opened the sec 3 DMP signups at 3.30, and guess what? Everyone was damn kancheong, then exactly at 3.30 everyone go in. The server lag like some crap. It took me 45 mins to select 6 OPTIONS (just roll down the menu and click) and enter my DMP selections. LOL. But I think I was the 4th to register in. Haha xD (Oh btw, everyone was so kancheong because it was a first come first serve basis) :D
Then yeah training, gym. After that played table tennis with Choo and Royston. Lol. Was super weird. I bet I wouldn't have won both if the table was straight and there was a net. Oh well. xD

Today was quite an okay they, which I spent finishing Ringworld. Ringworld is quite cool! To think that there was this interspecies plot of breeding for "psychical luck". That's really incredible. To be pawns of an eternal puppeteer just seems really scary. Luck plays out everything the way you want it. Where the laws of chance are actually manipulated by this omnipotent puppeteer. Hmm. Thought provoking.
K. Bio pract. Yeast stinks. But I think I did okay. >< There goes my plan for making grape wine at home. Now that I know yeast stinks that much. xD ETHANOL! NOOOO D:

I didn't get into the PSL nomination list. Which is totally unexpected (Yes I had my hopes high on this)and it turns out only 2 in the entire class got in. Which is retarded, seeing that all the other classes (except 3M) had many people getting in. I have no idea what Eric Koh has against our class or sth, but seriously I think it's unjustified to select only two. Especially when other classes had seriously worse people getting in (I won't name here).
Then I screwed up History scopes project. Lowest in class, therefore my top in class is gone for good. Or maybe even my 4.0. SS I screwed up my essay, and my GPA is probably destined for a 2.8. Which kinda means my overall GPA this term might scrape a 3.0. Which I'm going to get killed for.
On a (happier?) note, I got 37/60 for chinese. Apparently all the better people screwed up this time and all the lousier people like me rose up. Royston still maintain his position as top in class. Sigh. Actually I really don't know whether to be happy or not because this result SUCKS, but according to the overall standard I did quite okay. Sigh. Life is cruel.
And English - turns out the debate format is so screwed. And so is my debate group I'm assigned with - Bryce, Chevy and Boss. Chevy and Boss are both soft speakers, but they're willing to listen, while Bryce is a good speaker but he can't listen for nuts, which makes him useless. Honestly, I won't feel too bad now, because I also learnt that life can always be worse.
Borrowed the ERP book from Bishan Library, "Ringworld". Been quite a nice book so far, at least I understand most of the astrophysical terms. It's all on wiki actually xD But yes so far it's good! Except fictional stuff like 'scrith' which has the tensile strength equivalent to the strong nuclear force. Ugh.
Just finished watching 'the dark knight'. I must say the joker was good. Psychologically intimidating, edgy character, fascinating! xD I just can't identify with Harvey Dent's sudden change though. Obviously I'm still lacking in comprehension powers. D: Harvey Dent said that "The only fairness in the world is chance, unbiased and fair" (I know there's pleonasm, but :D) I wish I could agree, but obviously after looking at my debate group and knowing they were random draws I think I strongly disagree. Tsk. Overall I think it was quite a good movie, just that it is hard to absorb so much stuff in one go. Ugh.
Okay. Bio Pract tmr which I'm going to fail and I haven't studied yet.

Truthfully speaking, today was not much of a day.
All except for the hockey match, which we won 2 - 0 in. Was quite a good game.
As usual, random jokes which I can't be bothered to post up. ):
It always seems I'm looking forward to the weekends, but find myself doing nothing during the weekends and instead study a bit and slack like hell.
Oh and I'm hooked onto songs by F.I.R., especially "lydia". I didn't even know their songs were so good. Meaningful at least.
Apart from that, it's school tmr! Like, uh, *GROAN*.

Today was whacky. First in the morning we had Bio, which I spent the time finishing up the kreb's cycle. Lol Joy Lim has revised with us so many times that even sleeping in lesson I still can answer questions. D: Okay! The Kreb's cycle goes like this, correct me if I'm wrong:
-Oxaloacetate
(insertion of acetyl CoenzymeA which came from the pyruvate of glycolysis)
-Forming citrate!
-Which then loses a H2O molecule and gains it back to form an isomer, Isocitrate
-Which then loses a CO2 molecule and a Hydrogen ion to convert NAD+ to NADH. The end result is (alpha)-ketoglutarate
-Then (alpha)-ketoglutarate loses a CO2 molecule again to form Succinyl CoenzymeA
(okay from here on I can't remember the additions and subtractions anymore. =P)
-Succinyl CoenzymeA becomes Succinate, and from this process we get 2 ATP (1 per molecule of acetyl CoA though)
-Then Succinate becomes Fumarate
-Fumarate has a water molecule added to become Malate
-Malate becomes Oxaloacetate!
Okay. I bet Matt will suan me and say that it's only Kreb's and glycolysis. Nooo. ):
Then apparently I got 4.0 for chem. I don't even know how I hit 84%. Oh well. YAY! That's kinda cool xD.

English wasn't much, apart from the fact that the next topic is on debates! And I realize that I'm the only one in class who really knows how to debate, unless people like Yuet Cheong stealth mug how to. D: Hopefully that'll make me look good. I need marks, people. MARKS!
Yeah. Then randomed with Bryan and Matt at the library, playing buzzer round on Bio. xD was hilarious. Yep. Then Bryan tested me on random questions on Artemis Fowl and I realized that I could remember the entire series by heart, apart from two questions. Lol. Maybe it's only because it's interesting I guess.
Hockey training today was really strenuous, seeing that we had not have PT in a long time. I obviously suck. And coach was shouting at me all the time. Actually, I don't think it's his temperament that has a problem. It's me. In fact, I would say he is quite a good coach, looking back at the times when I thought he was being unfair and all that.
Which kinda brings me to my newfound philosophies. I suddenly feel that really, RA doesn't matter that much to me anymore. It's just a higher level. You can not achieve something, but work hard if you're not satisfied. If you cannot prove yourself better, be content with yourself. I guess with the recent spate of events and studying a little further can really showed me that life is not at its end.
OMG YESSSS I FEEL GOOD TIME TO DO CATCHING UP! On my weak subjects that is.
Life still sucks, but I'll make the best of it.
